Crime can be found in every city, state, and country. There are many different types of crimes that are committed, some small and some too big to imagine. State statistics on crime will differ from state to state. It will depend on what is going on in your area and how serious the crimes are. Bigger cities tend to have a higher crime rate than others. Ranging from murder to shoplifting, either way it is a crime.
State statistics on crime show that in most states crime rates continue to rise year after year. The number of murders have been on the rise for years and there is no end in site. How can you keep from being one of these state statistics on crime? Is there really a way?
The sad truth is no. There is no way to not end up one of the state statistics on crime. Sometimes you just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. There is nothing anyone can do about it. We need more police officers on the street to prevent these crimes. Jails are over flowing and some of the guilty are set free to do it again and again. This is the sad truth and there is nothing you can do to stop the rise of state statistics on crime.
There are some states that see more murders than others like New York as well as many others. Then you have some states that have more car theft or rapes than others. State statistics on crime will never be the same for each state, because no one state has the same type of crime or number of people in the population.
Each state has a different way to report their state statistics on crime, but all will agree that crime is on the rise, or is it? State statistics on crime can be looked at differently. Some will say that crime is on the rise and others will say that the crime rate is down. It may be in one state that had little crime to begin with. A state that doesn't see many violent crimes, instead they may see more thefts and sex crimes than anything else. So, therefore there murder rate is down, but that may not be the case for another state.
It all depends on what crime you are looking at in any particular state. State statistics on crime will always be a problem no matter what is done to prevent the crimes. Its just a fact of life.
